At Roz jewellers, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. We want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@rozjewellers.com. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not from our non-returnable category (see below).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rozjewellers.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and share return instructions if approved.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.
  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • In case of defective or wrong items, we will offer a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or design, subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchange shipping costs are shared equally between the customer and Roz jewellers.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 applicable in India. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
