At Roz Jwellers, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your order so it reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (festive periods, sale events), processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.
2. Shipping Within India
We ship across all states and union territories in India via trusted courier partners.
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available on select pin codes)
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value — check the current offer at checkout.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to track your order in real time on the courier's website.
4. Packaging
Every Roz Jwellers piece is carefully packed in our signature jewellery box, wrapped securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use tamper-proof packaging for your safety.
5. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays or regional disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- High demand during festive seasons
Roz Jwellers is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Roz Jwellers is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@rozjewellers.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@rozjewellers.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Stay tuned for updates!
